Our Real Estate Photography Process
Step 1
Ordering the Shoot Online
Every shoot begins when the realtor submits an order sheet. Please fill out the order sheet, and send. I use first-come, first-served scheduling, and the order sheet helps me determine the best time of day to photograph the home's exterior. Ordering your real estate photography listing also gives you the chance to specify the date you would like the shoot to take place and any special requests for dusk photography, drone aerials or video, Matterport, Floor Plans, area photos, and AI-assisted virtual tours and virtual staging.
Step 2
Shoot Planning
After I receive the order, I send you an email with the time of day that I believe will be best, answer any questions you have and call you with any questions regarding your requests. We schedule the shoot at optimal times of the day to coincide with the street view of the property, beautiful lighting in the main areas and what works best for you and your sellers.
Step 3
Professional Photography Session
I ask that the home be fully cleaned, decluttered, and staged before I get there so we can focus on capturing strong images instead of moving items around. Once we’ve checked the interior, I set up my gear, fine‑tune small details like blinds, pillows, and lighting, and then move methodically through the home and exteriors to create a complete, polished set of listing photos for MLS and all your marketing and social media materials.
Step 4
Post-Processing and Delivery
Our editing process includes full RAW file processing, color correction, exposure blending, and perspective straightening. We remove small distractions and reflections, and enhance natural lighting while maintaining realistic representation. Photos are usually delivered 24 hours Monday - Saturday, in two formats: high-resolution for print and web-optimized for websites, MLS, emails, social media, and website presentations.
